Facility Management
Facility Management is the process of designing, implementing and controlling the services to support the company’s activities, to pursue the performance and efficiency improvement of services within the company.
This process includes a transversal and interdisciplinary approach, for integrating economic and financial management tools, engineering (systems and systems), operations management (maintenance, planning, project management), organization and “human factor” and regulations.
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Service Strategy
Definition of objectives and policies for purchasing and / or managing services. Planning of executive and management control activities.
Service Design
Analysis of the needs of the internal customer, determination of the requirements of the service process characteristics. Development of specifications, planning of the implementation project (baseline).
Service Management
Control and improvement of service management, which includes the operational management of all the services provided with the definition of systems and procedures and the implementation and re-engineering of the delivery processes
