HRM - MASTER IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT - MASTER OF SCIENCE ACCREDITED

The Master in Human Resource Management offers young graduates of different disciplinary backgrounds the opportunity to successfully enter the field of personnel, HR consultancy and business services.

The ongoing reorganization processes of companies, to deal competitively with the turbulence and critical issues of the markets, generate growing opportunities for young people with solid HR skills and operational cutting edge. In fact, excellence in human capital management is a priority of companies.
The course, developed in collaboration with companies, allows you to experience the basic tools of the trade to be immediately operational in an organizational context. During the course, the student has continuous opportunities to meet, in the classroom and in the company, managers and HR professionals. The tools are not explained as theory but are used in simulations, role play, exercises, analysis of business cases.

PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Master ‘s program in in Human Resource Management has a total duration of 600 hours and a 6 months internship, with a full-time commitment, from Monday to Friday, 9.00 – 18.00.

After a period to level skills about business administration logic, deepens the different phases of the human resources development cycle.

1. Business English in the HR area
2. Techniques for managerial effectiveness
3. Coaching and individual development actions


C. INTERNSHIP
Internship in the company according to an agreed development plan lasting 6 months.
